Requirements
- Have 4–7 years of experience in construction project management or a closely related field.
- Have a strong command of scheduling tools, including Gantt charts and critical path method.
- Demonstrate strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Be able to manage multiple workstreams and hold teams accountable.
- Have a reliable internet connection and be able to work EST hours full-time.
- BuilderTrend experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S.-based construction documentation standards, including W-9s, COIs, and lien waivers, is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience supporting remote construction or development teams is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update construction schedules, Gantt charts, and project records.
- Track daily stand-up notes and weekly production meeting outcomes.
- Manage punch lists, work orders, closeout documentation, and lien release waivers.
- Support permit and entitlement processes.
- Coordinate scopes of work and contract execution with trade partners.
- Collect W-9s and Certificates of Insurance and manage contractor agreements.
- Assist with material procurement, purchase orders, vendor sourcing, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation.
- Generate project estimates, budgets, take-offs, and bid comparisons; identify cost-saving opportunities and recurring operational issues.
- Coordinate with architects and designers to maintain updated specification sheets, support process improvements, and maintain operational metrics.
