Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor or Master degree.
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Have detailed knowledge of data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ELT, and reporting/analytic tools.
- Have 3+ years of experience with the Azure Cloud portal.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Azure Data Factory for extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Azure Storage, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse.
- Have experience with database architecture testing methodology, including test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
- Have working knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Be fluent in English.
- Python, Scala, and Java coding experience is a plus.
- Azure DevOps and Azure Purview experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collect large, complex sets of data that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including infrastructure redesign, data-delivery optimization, and process automation.
- Build infrastructure for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources using Azure and SQL technologies.
- Build analytical tools that use data pipelines to provide insight into business performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure, data, governance, and information management teams to design, develop, deploy, and support data solutions and related infrastructure.
