Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Have detailed knowledge of data warehouse technical architectures and infrastructure components.
- Have experience with ETL/ELT and reporting or analytical tools.
- Have 3+ years of experience with the Azure Cloud Portal.
- Be proficient with Azure Data Factory for extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Be proficient with Azure Storage, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse.
- Have experience with database architecture testing methodology, including executing test plans, debugging, and using testing scripts and tools.
- Have working knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be able to work 4–5 hours per day during normal New York office hours.
Responsibilities
- Collect large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including infrastructure redesign, scalable systems, optimized data delivery, and automation of manual processes.
- Build infrastructure for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources using Azure and SQL technologies.
- Build analytical tools using data pipelines to provide insight into business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams, data teams, governance, and information management officers to design, develop, deploy, and support data solutions and related infrastructure.
