Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience with Java software architecture and solution design.
- Bring experience with service-oriented, microservice, and event-driven architectures.
- Be proficient in developing back-end and front-end solutions for modern web applications.
- Have experience with Java EE, Angular, JSF, and JavaScript.
- Understand DevOps processes and best practices.
- Have knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, REST, SOAP, JSP, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Have RDBMS database skills.
- Be fluent in English.
- Experience supervising outsourced ICT activities is desirable.
- Agile and Prince2 development framework experience is desirable.
- Experience with microservice frameworks such as Spring Boot and cloud technologies such as AWS is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain application and technical architecture documents showing current and target states of business or technical capabilities.
- Work with the business to understand strategies and translate them into requirements and solution designs for future software capabilities.
- Ensure business and technical requirements are understood and translated into system designs consistent with established frameworks and standards.
- Support development teams during implementation to ensure delivered software meets design specifications.
- Support business representatives during feasibility studies and ensure designs align with business needs.
- Propose projects that will lead to development of roadmap components.
- Lead regular code reviews to ensure consistent code quality.
