Job Details

Experience: One or more years in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or another customer-facing role (nice to have).

Be comfortable with a high volume of outreach and follow-up.
Be comfortable asking for the booking and handling common objections with confidence and warmth.
For candidates newer to sales, show a strong willingness to learn and comfort practicing scripts and receiving feedback.
Be available for scheduled weekday and/or weekend shifts based on park needs.
Have moderate software proficiency, including Google apps such as Gmail, Calendar, and Drive, and Outlook.
Be able to learn new systems and CRMs quickly.
Have a reliable computer and internet connection.
One or more years in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or another customer-facing role is a plus.
Experience in a goal-driven or commission-based role is a plus.
Experience booking parties, events, or reservations is a plus.

Respond quickly to inbound party inquiries and follow up by phone and text.
Guide parents to party options that fit their child, group size, and date.
Handle questions and objections, ask for the booking, and collect deposits.
Enter package, headcount, add-ons, and payment details accurately in the relevant systems.
Prepare park party hosts with accurate expectations before each party.
Keep party details consistent across platforms and channels.
Communicate proactively with families from the first call through party day.
Track outreach and outcomes and work to improve the booking rate.
Practice scripts, apply feedback, and raise unresolved issues to the Booking Lead.
