Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical/business field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration within enterprise IT or cybersecurity environments.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical consulting or professional services delivery teams.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. Federal market, including FedCiv, DoD, and IC.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity architecture, platform deployments, and technical domains such as Endpoint, XDR, Network/NDR, Data Security/DLP, or SIEM/SecOps.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, SOW development, Firm-Fixed-Price and Time & Materials contract structures, and Salesforce.
- Strong working knowledge of Federal contracting frameworks, FAR/DFARS standards, and CPARS processes.
- Ability to brief and engage with senior agency leaders, CISOs, and contracting officers.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Support to remove delivery friction and scale service offerings.
- Must hold a TS/SCI or higher clearance.
- Up to 50% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Federal Professional Services consultants.
- Set targets for billable utilization, professional development, technical certifications, and operational compliance.
- Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, scope negotiations, and staffing assignments across Federal agency programs.
- Oversee delivery performance and financial health, including billable utilization, project margins, and recognized services revenue.
- Ensure technical engagements meet schedules, budgets, Statements of Work, and performance specifications.
- Identify project risks and technical blockages, and implement recovery plans.
- Oversee change orders for out-of-scope requests and partner with Sales on expansion opportunities.
- Build relationships with agency stakeholders and Prime System Integrator partners.
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineers to scope engagements, write SOWs, and estimate project effort.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering on adoption, agency feedback, and integration needs.
