Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of senior-level Python expertise in data engineering and production pipeline development.
- Have experience or a background in Fraud, AML, or Transaction-Monitoring systems.
- Have a track record of establishing data-quality foundations for automated decisioning systems.
- Have extensive experience building production data pipelines.
- Have experience supporting rapid rule-deployment workflows.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with Airflow, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Google BigQuery.
- Nice to have: experience in hybrid cloud environments, with AWS as the primary cloud and GCP for analytics.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Linear, GitHub, Notion, Slack, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build data-quality frameworks for decision engines.
- Design, scale, and maintain reliable, high-throughput production data pipelines.
- Build infrastructure and workflows for deploying fraud and transaction-monitoring rules.
- Apply Fraud, AML, and Transaction Monitoring domain knowledge to production data engineering workflows.
- Share data engineering patterns and best practices across the organization.
