Job Details

Have 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience building production mobile applications.
Bring experience building fintech or trading applications.
Have experience with blockchain, Web3, or DeFi.
Have strong professional experience with React Native, React, and TypeScript.
Have experience owning or leading technical development of a production mobile application.
Understand mobile application architecture, design patterns, state management, performance, testing, and maintainability.
Have experience making architectural decisions and driving technical projects from design through production.
Have strong experience integrating mobile applications with backend APIs and services, and experience with Node.js and REST APIs.
Have experience debugging complex production issues and optimizing mobile application performance.
Have experience with mobile CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and release processes.
Have experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Be able to provide technical direction and constructive feedback, work autonomously, and communicate technical decisions clearly with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
Be fluent in English and based in the EU or New York timezone.

Own the React Native mobile application’s architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability across iOS and Android.
Lead mobile features from technical design and implementation through testing, release, monitoring, and iteration.
Build mobile functionality using React Native and TypeScript, and maintain engineering standards, patterns, and best practices.
Make technical and architectural decisions and drive improvements to mobile architecture and development processes.
Provide technical guidance through code reviews, design discussions, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering on technical solutions, API design, integrations, real-time data flows, and supporting infrastructure.
Own App Store and Google Play releases, application monitoring, issue triage, and investigation of production incidents.
Evaluate relevant mobile development practices, technologies, frameworks, and tools.
