Requirements
- Have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Be comfortable communicating with and supporting a team.
- Be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Have experience with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
- Be comfortable working with and processing large data sets.
- Be proficient with AI tools and open to using them in daily work.
- Have a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Bring a proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
- Be willing to learn and develop professionally.
- Have English proficiency of at least B2.
- Be a native Ukrainian speaker.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day work of project team members.
- Distribute and track tasks and deadlines.
- Communicate with testers, evaluators, and other project participants.
- Monitor team progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Keep the team informed about project updates and requirements.
- Identify issues and escalate them to management when needed.
- Help ensure tasks are completed on time and according to project goals.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Support management with project updates and team-related information.
