Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Demonstrate advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities.
- Have experience manipulating and entering accurate data in a production-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and configure executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and readiness.
- Coordinate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate Configuration, and leadership to resolve missing information and manage downstream dependencies.
- Escalate incomplete documentation, contract discrepancies, duplicate records, complex interpretation questions, and system issues.
- Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations.
- Monitor and track the status of assigned work-in-progress issues.
- Escalate and resolve issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Comply with operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI).
