Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience building production software.
- Have 3+ years of hands-on Vue.js and TypeScript experience.
- Bring strong Python and Django skills and solid REST API instincts.
- Have database experience with schema design, query performance, and safe migrations.
- Use AI coding agents hands-on daily, such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex, and apply judgment to their output.
- Have hands-on experience building AI into a product, including LLM features, agents, retrieval, or evaluation.
- Have experience in complex platform companies involving integrations, data, and scale.
- Demonstrate a strong eye for UI/UX and clear communication.
- Have proven remote-work experience, communicate in writing by default, and work independently.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Build features across Vue 3 and TypeScript interfaces and Django and Django REST Framework backends.
- Evolve loan pricing and investor eligibility matching engines.
- Integrate LOS platforms, due diligence providers, and credit and valuation vendors.
- Design data models and background pipelines that remain fast as volume grows.
- Write tests using pytest, Vitest, and Playwright.
