Requirements
- Have 5-7 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or Power BI development.
- Bring proven experience designing and developing end-to-end Power BI reporting solutions.
- Have experience working with financial and operational data in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, semantic data modeling, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
- Have experience developing and maintaining Power BI datasets, reports, and self-service reporting solutions.
- Bring strong SQL development and query optimization skills.
- Have experience with relational databases and large datasets.
- Demonstrate analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills to turn complex data into business insights.
- Be able to partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience with SAP ERP, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, or modern analytics platforms is preferred.
- Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models.
- Translate business and reporting requirements into scalable, high-performing dashboards and data models.
- Develop DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and optimized semantic models.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and support data-pipeline improvements.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations.
- Guide dashboard design, reporting standards, development practices, and technical problem-solving as the Power BI subject matter expert.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize reporting initiatives and support strategic projects.
- Mentor team members in dashboard development, report design, and Power BI best practices.
