Requirements
- Have strong experience in data analysis, data management, or business analysis.
- Have experience working with regulatory frameworks, preferably DORA, EBA, or ICT risk.
- Bring a solid understanding of contractual data, sourcing, or third-party risk management; this is an advantage.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Show high attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
- Be proficient with Excel, data visualization tools, or data platforms.
- Be able to translate regulatory requirements into data structures.
- Have very good spoken and written English.
- Practical experience with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
- Experience in process design, documentation, and governance frameworks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data across internal systems and sources, including sourcing, contracts, and ICT services.
- Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data structures for DORA ROI reporting.
- Coordinate with sourcing, risk, IT, and legal stakeholders to ensure data completeness and alignment.
- Drive regulatory deliverables in line with DORA requirements and internal governance standards.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and propose mitigation actions.
- Define and document processes for ROI data collection and maintenance.
- Act as data owner and data quality lead for key ROI data during BAU operations.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, controls, and KPIs.
- Support DORA-related regulatory reporting and audits.
