Requirements
- Have experience working in an ART or another scaled Agile environment.
- Have advanced knowledge of configuring Jira and Jira dashboards.
- Have English language proficiency at C1 level.
- SAFe RTE or SPC training experience is preferred.
- Extensive experience supporting an RTE is preferred.
- Jira Plan or Structure configuration experience is an advantage.
- Experience thriving in Agile leadership is a strong nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Work as a senior Scrum Master.
- Step up as a Junior RTE when capable.
