Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, client intake, administrative coordination, case management, or a related role.
- Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong English proficiency for work in an English-speaking environment.
- Professional and confident phone etiquette.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling client information and documentation.
- Reliable and dependable, with consistent follow-through on assigned responsibilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Comfort using digital systems to enter, organize, retrieve, and maintain information.
- Experience with quality assurance, documentation review, or process accuracy is desirable.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly customer communication, lead qualification, or relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Manage intake overflow and address incoming inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Support case managers throughout intake and help new cases move through the appropriate stages.
- Review incoming information and verify that records are complete, accurate, and properly entered into internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support case progression and client service requirements.
- Assist with early onboarding activities for new cases.
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
- Review, organize, maintain, and update client documentation.
- Apply quality-assurance practices to intake information and case records, and resolve discrepancies or incomplete information.
- Manage multiple inquiries, cases, and administrative priorities while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
