Requirements
- Professional experience working on technically complex projects and processes.
- Production experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Experience maintaining legacy Java applications from Java 8 onward.
- Professional experience with Node.js and NestJS.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and REST API design.
- Practical experience with RabbitMQ and/or AWS SQS.
- Experience with Axway API Gateway and enterprise API management.
- Experience creating and maintaining automated tests, particularly JUnit 5 unit tests and Pact contract tests.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace.
- Strong Git skills and practical knowledge of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and modularization.
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban; problem-solving skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- JavaScript and TypeScript experience and frontend development with React and React Native are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, Axios, Microfrontend Architecture, and reusable screens and components is a plus.
- Experience with low-code or no-code tools is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and evolve scalable, highly available full-stack solutions.
- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Node.js with NestJS.
- Contribute to microservices architectures and REST APIs.
- Contribute to frontend development and integration between interfaces, APIs, and backend services.
- Maintain code quality using Clean Code, Clean Architecture, modularization, and technical-debt management.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated unit and contract tests.
- Use RabbitMQ and AWS SQS for asynchronous communication and messaging.
- Monitor system health with Dynatrace and support reliability and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders using Scrum or Kanban practices.
- Use Git and document solutions to support collaborative development and technical improvement.
