Job Details

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience.
Internal audit experience.
Applicable experience with and deep knowledge of the internal audit leader or Chief Audit Executive role.
Knowledge of common technology solutions used by internal audit leaders, such as audit management software tools.
Experience leading and developing internal risk assessment and audit planning processes, including through technology.
Experience working across risk and control groups to improve coordination and risk coverage.
Experience developing audit coverage strategies for new and emerging risks.
Strong research and writing ability, with analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze and synthesize data and defend conclusions to client challenges.
Strong business and financial acumen and knowledge of the global and competitive landscape in the subject area.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural, global team.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable.

Create insights content and develop actionable approaches to client needs.
Analyze client barriers and needs to help drive strategy forward.
Research and analyze market trends and shifts for actionable insights.
Advise clients and prospects through virtual or face-to-face interactions.
Create and deliver presentations for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings.
Support sales and Insights teams with market perspective and client engagement.
Provide peer review of research content and collaborate with analysts.
Improve research processes and participate in research and innovation discussions.
Mentor and coach more junior team members.
