- Bring significant experience owning a critical product domain and setting strategy.
- Have a track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results such as ARR, retention, or expansion.
- Be comfortable working across a broad product surface area.
- Prioritize effectively and make the case for what should be built next.
- Write clear PRDs, strategy documents, and customer insight summaries that others can act on.
- Ramp quickly on the complexity of enterprise buying motions.
- Be based in London or be open to regular travel.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and the operational layer for enterprise deployments.
- Understand enterprise customers’ governance needs, including those of IT admins, legal teams, programme managers, and content owners.
- Translate customer needs into product direction, defining what to build, in what order, and why.
- Keep engineering and design aligned as product strategy evolves.
- Work with the engineering manager and designer, write clear specifications, and make trade-off decisions.
- Partner with Solutions, CS, and Legal on complex enterprise deals.
- Define metrics for admin tooling adoption, compliance feature usage, and support escalations related to governance gaps.
