Requirements
- Have experience with GIS (Esri)-based projects.
- Have experience with ArcMap, ArcPro SDK, File Geodatabases, and ArcObjects.
- Have experience with VBA, .NET, C++, C#, and SDKs.
- Be independent and self-motivated.
- Be able to collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development life cycle.
- Have experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications.
- Have experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
- Have experience communicating technical concepts to lay audiences.
- Be willing and able to work remotely within Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications.
- Write or generate code.
- Compile data-driven programs, maintain them, and conduct unit tests.
- Troubleshoot technical problems that arise during software use and operation.
- Provide technical assistance with implementation, conversion, and migrations.
