Job Details

Have experience writing technical or product content for a mix of audiences, ideally including developers and less technical end users.
Provide a portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex technical concepts without oversimplifying them and adjust register for different audiences.
Be technically fluent enough to read documentation, follow a code sample, or participate in an engineering conversation and develop content from it.
Have working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how content and search intersect.
Be able to structure guides and tutorials that readers can follow.
Be comfortable writing across formats, from long-form guides to forum posts and social captions.
Be able to travel up to 10% annually for conferences, off-site meetings, and other business-related events.
Be prepared for possible on-site interviews and/or in-person onboarding.

Write blog posts, guides, video outlines, and tutorials for developers, creators, and AI-native builders.
Own SEO and on-page optimization, working with external SEO and web development support.
Create explainers, how-tos, and conceptual overviews for technical and non-technical audiences.
Write technical articles for developer forums, industry publications, and news sites.
Support email and social copy when technical accuracy or product nuance matters.
Partner with product, engineering, and partner marketing to stay current on TwelveLabs products and capabilities.
Monitor competitor and broader video AI messaging to sharpen how TwelveLabs communicates its technology.
