Job Details

Have at least 8 years of experience in the IT industry.
Have experience as a Programmer, System Analyst, or Solution Architect.
Have experience managing expert teams and leading delivery processes.
Have experience using AI tools for software development, such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
Have good knowledge of frontend technologies, particularly Angular.
Have good knowledge of backend technologies, including Java and Spring.
Know asynchronous communication, databases, and application architecture.
Have practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and software-delivery management.
Demonstrate leadership skills in motivating and developing employees and building accountability and engagement.
Have very good communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.
Have Polish and English language proficiency at B2 level.

Manage IT product delivery in line with business priorities and schedules.
Support Product Owners with backlog management, planning, and product roadmap delivery.
Organize and co-create team work plans and project schedules.
Monitor work progress and KPIs, and identify and manage project risks.
Collaborate with Release Managers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and development teams.
Support adoption of strategic software-development standards and engineering practices.
Build and develop engaged teams through mentoring, motivation, and stronger autonomy and accountability.
Participate in technical discussions with frontend, backend, and architecture experts.
Support teams in applying Agile principles and AI tools in software development.
