Requirements
- Have practical experience building scalable SaaS platforms from scratch, from 0 to 1.
- Show a track record of recruiting and scaling engineering organizations in fast-growing companies.
- Have advanced knowledge of building highly available systems that process large datasets.
- Demonstrate independence and architectural judgment.
- Be ready to make key technology decisions.
- Understand security standards.
- Understand multi-tenant architecture and reliability for enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the technology direction and make final architecture decisions for the platform.
- Develop the platform from an early stage.
- Recruit, mentor, and build the engineering team in Poland.
- Initially spend about 65% of the time coding and building core system modules.
- Transition toward a strategic and management role over the following months.
- Work with German leadership to set product development direction.
