Job Details

Languages: Pl C1, en B2; Very good command of English enabling work in an international environment
Experience: Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w roli Product Ownera, Product Managera lub na podobnym stanowisku

Have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
Have experience developing and maintaining digital products used by end users.
Bring practical experience from projects involving Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-based solutions.
Be able to lead product discovery, validate hypotheses, and define business priorities.
Have experience working with product metrics and making data-informed decisions.
Understand LLM capabilities and limitations, including response quality, costs, and security.
Be able to collaborate with interdisciplinary technology and business teams.
Have very good English to work in an international environment.
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI platforms is a plus.
Practical knowledge of Data Science fundamentals and MLOps is a plus.
Experience in retail or marketing projects is a plus.
Product Management or Agile certifications, such as Scrum Product Owner, are a plus.

Define the vision and development direction for products using Generative AI and LLMs.
Identify and validate areas where AI can deliver measurable business value.
Prioritize the product backlog based on user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.
Work with Engineering, UX, Data, and business stakeholders to plan and deliver new features.
Monitor product performance using data, metrics, and user feedback.
Make decisions about product direction, delivery scope, and validation of new initiatives.
Support the deployment of AI products into production.
