Requirements
- Have experience managing digital products end to end and owning their business outcomes.
- Demonstrate success delivering measurable value to an organization.
- Be comfortable working with AI, GenAI, agentic AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Have participated in designing and deploying AI-based solutions.
- Be able to define business problems, challenge assumptions, and propose effective solutions.
- Have experience working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
- Work effectively with Agile methodologies and manage product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Collaborate effectively with product, technical, analytics, and business teams.
- Knowledge of finance processes, especially planning, forecasting, or FP&A, is a plus.
- Experience at Roche or a similar large, regulated organization is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Co-create product goals, roadmap, and backlog with Finance.
- Translate business needs into solutions and product priorities.
- Identify and develop solutions using AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Work with AI, data, and engineering teams to design and implement solutions.
- Lead products from discovery and MVP through production deployment and scaling.
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and deliver business value in short iterations.
- Build stakeholder engagement and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with global business and technology teams.
