Requirements
- Experience working on banking, financial-sector, or FinTech projects.
- Knowledge of banking processes and industry specifics.
- Familiarity with areas such as core banking, system integrations, banking regulations, and data security.
- Knowledge of role-relevant tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Figma, or Enterprise Architect.
- Good English, minimum B2.
- Independence, a problem-solving approach, and ability to work in a team.
- For business analyst roles: experience with banking processes, BPMN, UML, or APIs.
- For data analyst roles: SQL, Python or R, BI tools, or data warehouses.
- For product designer roles: UX/UI for banking or FinTech applications, Figma, or design systems.
- For Flexcube system analyst roles: core banking, integrations, or system configuration.
- For IT expert or architect roles: experience in banking domains such as payments, loans, compliance, risk, or CRM.
