Have very good knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Have experience designing and developing systems based on microservices architecture.
Know microservices integration, observability, and resilience.
Know system integration using REST, JSON, SOAP, Web Services, XML, and XSD.
Have experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Be able to write and optimize SQL queries and model and create data structures.
Know database transactions and locking.
Have documented experience working with legacy code and modernizing or rewriting systems.
Know refactoring, the strangler pattern, phased migrations, and regression testing.
Know design, architectural, migration, and modernization patterns.
Have experience decomposing domains incrementally and designing API contracts.
Have experience integrating payment solutions with external systems and working on payment projects.
Have practical experience using LLMs and AI agents, and be able to critically assess their outputs for correctness, security, quality, and compliance with requirements and standards.
Have experience with code reviews and refactoring using Git, Gerrit, or similar tools, and experience with Jira and Confluence.
Have a higher-education degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, and English sufficient to read and write technical documentation.

Develop and expand a platform based on microservices architecture.
Design and implement backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
Modernize and refactor existing systems and legacy code.
Plan and carry out phased migrations of data and functionality.
Design integrations and API contracts.
Create and optimize solutions using Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Use LLMs and AI agents to generate code, tests, documentation analyses, and migration elements.
Verify the quality, security, and correctness of AI-generated results.
Conduct code reviews, create regression tests, and collaborate with the project team.
