Requirements

- Be proficient in Python, Kotlin, or a similar modern programming language.
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Have experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Know SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Have knowledge of web frameworks and RESTful API development.
- Have equivalent practical experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Demonstrate leadership in supporting team growth and continuous learning.
- Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy, planning, prioritization, and execution of projects aligned with product, technical, and business goals.
- Design and develop large-scale, high-availability services.
- Build APIs and data models for microservice and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Design, Legal, and Accounting on card loan attribution and lifecycle strategy.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize existing code.
- Drive solutions focused on long-term robustness and scalability.
- Guide junior engineers and lead technical discussions and design reviews.
- Promote best practices through code review.
