Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar affiliate, influencer, or partnerships role.
- Have hands-on ownership of deal sourcing and negotiation end to end.
- Be fluent in professional English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable using AI as part of daily work, including building or using small automations for outreach, tracking, or reporting.
- Have working knowledge of Docusign and Calendly, or comparable contract and scheduling tools.
- Have strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
- Have basic working knowledge of partnership or affiliate contract terms and know when Legal or Finance input is required.
- Be able to manage a multi-deal pipeline with strong organization and follow-through.
- Communicate deal terms, performance updates, and negotiation outcomes accurately to internal and external stakeholders.
- Exercise discretion and judgment when handling spend data, deal terms, and partner performance information.
- Use a relationship-first negotiation style while protecting commercial interests.
- Coordinate with Analytics & Data, Marketing, Strategic Initiatives, and leadership to complete deals and tracking work.
Responsibilities
- Map priority regions, partner segments, and target accounts with the Head of Owned Media.
- Source, qualify, onboard, activate, and review affiliates based on audience fit, traffic quality, commercial potential, and brand suitability.
- Negotiate commission structures, fees, placements, deliverables, tracking requirements, and review points.
- Model expected cost and return before committing spend or recommending exceptions.
- Set tracking and attribution requirements, and verify links, codes, and reporting access before launch.
- Reconcile partner-reported activity with internal traffic, sales, and commission data alongside Analytics & Data and Finance.
- Investigate data discrepancies, low-quality traffic, and conversion changes through to resolution.
- Maintain a deal pipeline with owners, stages, expected value, next steps, and decision dates.
- Monitor partner content about PFM for accuracy, brand suitability, and compliance, and keep partner-facing offers and campaign details current.
