Experience: 5+ years of experience operating as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect within billable consulting or enterprise delivery environments.

Have 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect in billable consulting or enterprise delivery environments.
Have deep architectural expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
Have expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Demonstrate strong C# and JavaScript skills for plugins, web resources, and complex API integrations.
Have practical experience implementing ALM best practices in Power Platform environments.
Have troubleshooting skills, active listening, and clear communication for workshops and team mentorship.
Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent practical experience.
Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert are advantageous.
Experience with Microsoft systems integrators, offshore/onshore team models, CRM migrations, or manufacturing clients is a bonus.

Lead full-lifecycle technical delivery from architectural design through deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Design Dataverse-first architectures, data models, security frameworks, and multi-environment strategies.
Build C# plugins, custom integrations, Power Automate flows, model-driven apps, and Power Pages solutions.
Facilitate architecture and design workshops, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, and support technical scoping and client presentations.
Identify and resolve delivery blockers, architectural risks, and performance bottlenecks.
Mentor technical consultants through hands-on coaching and code reviews.
