Experience
4 year Psychiatry Residency

Requirements

  • Hold a medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Complete a four-year psychiatry residency.
  • Be board certified.
  • Hold DEA registration/CDS.
  • Hold a valid and active state medical license.
  • Have experience and ability to use electronic medical records.
  • Have no current investigation related to allegations of substandard patient care, medical negligence, or unethical behavior, and no prior restriction or termination of clinical privileges.
  • Live in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual psychiatric care to patients.
  • Conduct primary therapy visits or medication-management visits, according to your preferred focus.
  • Manage 2–3 medication-management visits per hour if desired.
  • Use the clinic’s EMR system for clinical documentation.
  • Conduct video visits using Zoom.
  • Use EMR integrations with Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, and Prescription Monitoring Programs.
  • Coordinate with the assistant on prior authorizations, scheduling, and letters.
  • Consider additional PA supervision opportunities if desired.
