Requirements
- Demonstrate strong expertise in JavaScript and experience building complex apps.
- Be able to build, test, and maintain full-stack applications independently.
- Have at least basic knowledge of SQL.
- Have at least some experience with one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Be familiar with RESTful APIs and OAuth.
- Communicate fluently enough in English to discuss complex technical topics.
- Be open to varied projects and learning new technologies.
- Have a successful track record building useful apps.
- Be able to work independently and manage project expectations and deadlines.
- Node.js experience is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with React or Angular is preferred but not required.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, generative AI, OpenAI's GPT-4 API, cybersecurity, shell scripting, Git, and automation or integrations with Microsoft Office 365, Zoho, or Google Workspace is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools, automations, and customer-facing apps.
- Develop browser-based and cloud-based applications from scratch.
- Test and maintain applications independently.
- Integrate applications with business software and APIs, including services such as Microsoft Graph and QuickBooks Online.
- Develop AI-enabled features such as email summarization, call analysis, and sentiment analysis.
- Automate operational workflows, including client onboarding and time logging.
- Collaborate with company experts, including accountants, designers, and IT staff, when needed.
