Requirements
- Provide an online or digital portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design, conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving across platforms.
- Have 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role; enterprise applications are preferred.
- Be fluent in interaction design best practices and the user-centered design process.
- Have strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
- Have solid experience guiding or managing user research and usability testing.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Be able to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences and organizational levels, and to customers.
- Work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the UX vision and develop processes and tactics to implement it.
- Create process flows, information architecture, task flows, and wireframes to communicate interaction behaviors.
- Build high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, and maintain interface specifications, guidelines, and pattern libraries.
- Analyze interface problems and develop on-brand design solutions aligned with business goals and requirements.
- Use market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints, and user research to inform design decisions.
- Conduct user research and build in-house capabilities to test and validate concepts with end users.
- Collaborate with product management, ML, and engineering teams to translate requirements into designs.
- Plan and prioritize initiatives, manage projects, and deliver design work on schedule.
- Define and track design success metrics and use customer feedback to guide future improvements.
