Requirements
- Have 0–3 years of experience in help desk, support, systems, or software implementation.
- Be comfortable working in Windows environments and understand basic networking concepts.
- Have familiarity with databases; SQL Server is preferred.
- Have basic SQL knowledge.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Have exposure to IIS, Windows Server, or web services.
- Have experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or Google Workspace.
- Be familiar with ECM/EDM solutions.
- Have experience with ActiveCollab or similar tools.
- Have a suitable home office environment.
- Be able to travel occasionally; travel is rare.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager-led discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
- Install and configure Square 9 software in Windows Server/IIS environments.
- Connect and configure solution databases using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Customize solutions using built-in tools.
- Configure document capture workflows for scanners, MFPs, and email servers.
- Provide project updates using project management tools.
- Assist with documenting system configurations.
- Shadow senior specialists to build skills across the product suite.
