Requirements
- Have 3–4 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Preferably have experience in a SaaS environment, such as project management software, configuration systems, or agent systems.
- Understand modern AI/ML technology, including concepts such as LLMs, RAGs, MCPs, and agentic systems.
- Be able to demonstrate building or optimizing features and workflows with AI tools in work or side projects.
- Have a strong product vision and the ability to break big-picture goals into shippable increments.
- Apply a user-focused mindset to make products and workflow tools intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.
- Have hands-on experience with agent building, prototyping/design tools, documentation/planning tools, ticketing systems, and analytics tools.
- Figma and Posthog are examples of relevant tools.
- A technical background or education is a nice-to-have.
- Experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or configuring complex transactional systems/logs is a nice-to-have.
- Knowledge of EDI concepts is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Own the workflow platform end to end.
- Identify high-leverage workflow problems by working directly with teams.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and user needs.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for internal applications, including AI workflows.
- Prototype, test, and ship tooling functionality with UI/UX designers and engineering teams.
- Analyze usage data to identify optimization opportunities, adoption, and impact.
- Conduct user training sessions and create interactive documentation to support feature adoption.
