Requirements
- Have hands-on experience building and deploying emails in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Have strong HTML and CSS skills, including table-based layouts, inline styles, media queries, and Outlook fallbacks.
- Have experience with AJO Email Designer, custom HTML, and personalisation.
- Be familiar with Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar testing tools.
- Be able to translate designs into accurate, responsive email templates.
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to manage assignments independently.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, audience segmentation, Git, and supporting web development is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive HTML email and EDM templates for client campaigns.
- Convert supplied designs into clean, production-ready HTML and CSS.
- Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, and compatibility issues across devices and email clients.
- Support basic JavaScript requirements where needed.
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback.
- Collaborate with project, creative, and marketing teams.
- Support multiple client projects and deliver work within agreed timelines.
