Have 2+ years of experience in partner support, customer service, or CRM operations.
Have experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
Have web literacy to review and assess partner websites and conduct audit reviews.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including managing multiple tickets, tasks, and follow-ups.
Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally across email, CRM notes, and virtual sessions.
Be confident hosting or facilitating virtual trainings.
Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Partner Success, Marketing, and Operations.
Preferred: experience in data organization and reporting, Asana, email marketing or communication tools, partner success support, entry-level marketing, or training and events.

Manage and resolve incoming support tickets through the CRM.
Maintain accurate records and data integrity.
Help build and optimize HubSpot, including tags, categories, workflows, and reports.
Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and system efficiency.
Serve as the main point of contact for residential customers and conduct regular check-ins.
Gather feedback to help refine the residential customer experience.
Review partner websites, brand presence, and staff familiarity with Ammortal.
Compile recommendations and provide findings to the Partner Success Manager.
Host virtual webinars and trainings for partners.
Create and distribute newsletters, surveys, and partner spotlights; assist with events as needed.
