Requirements
- Be currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior pursuing an undergraduate degree; students will be rising juniors or seniors during the summer 2027 program.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Have strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Have experience with the MS Office suite.
- Understand commonly available AI tools.
- Know common programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or SQL, and/or have experience with databases.
- Be curious and eager to learn.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
- Be able to work independently in a remote team environment.
- Be able to adapt to new situations, changing priorities, and evolving technologies.
- Prior experience in a professional environment, including an internship, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily responsibilities while working on a well-defined Capstone project.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and developers.
- Work on projects aligned with meaningful business goals.
- Learn about the business and develop technical skills through assignments.
- Work with a manager and internal team members to understand business requirements and assignment details.
- Participate in networking discussions with leaders and program workshops.
- Attend the speaker series and other intern program events.
- Present the Capstone project at the end of the summer.
