Experience: 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
Required Skills: Negotiation

Have 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
Have an affiliate marketing background.
Bring a track record of independently closing larger or more complex deals.
Have consistently met or exceeded revenue and recruitment targets at a senior level.
Have strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Have experience presenting to clients.
Know affiliate networks including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
Speak fluent Portuguese, or be fluent in Spanish.
Be able to travel up to 20% for client meetings, industry conferences, and events.
Creator partnerships, AEO, or retail media exposure is a strong plus.

Identify, develop, and scale high-impact partnerships that drive client revenue growth.
Recruit high-quality partners and pursue complex or non-traditional partnership opportunities.
Build and own partner recruitment and paid placement plans based on client goals and KPIs.
Manage strategically important partner relationships and independently negotiate complex terms.
Optimize partner performance and make decisions that balance client growth with return on investment.
Use reporting to explain performance, its significance, and recommended next steps to clients.
Develop and deliver persuasive pitches for larger or less conventional partnership opportunities.
Adapt partnership strategies to client goals and communicate strategy changes and expectations.
Support and mentor team members on publisher best practices and partner optimization.
