Requirements
- Have practical experience in digital marketing, community engagement, and paid social advertising.
- Be familiar with Reddit, Discord, Facebook groups, and online gaming communities.
- Have experience managing go-to-market strategies and advertising budgets.
- Have experience measuring campaign performance.
- Be confident reaching out to influencers, negotiating partnerships, and coordinating promotions.
- Have strong copywriting skills and be able to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
- Bring a creative, organised, and independent approach.
- Have an interest in gaming and understand how to connect with gaming audiences.
- Experience in reward platforms is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate organic promotion with the Community Manager across forums, Reddit communities, Facebook groups, and Discord channels.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including budgets, targeting, creative testing, and optimisation.
- Identify and approach influencers and creators to develop partnerships and cross-promotion opportunities.
- Develop sponsorship opportunities, giveaway ideas, and promotional campaigns to grow users and subscriptions.
- Create and coordinate marketing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels.
- Track campaign results, advertising spend, user acquisition costs, and subscription conversions.
- Use campaign findings to improve marketing performance.
- Work with the product team to understand Hefty.gg features and communicate their value to potential users.
