Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations technology solutions.
- Combine strategic business advisory with hands-on software configuration; Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate technical leadership and experience leading project teams.
- Be able to negotiate complex compromises and guide senior stakeholders through technical decisions.
- Have experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated industries.
- Bring applied change management expertise and a track record of driving adoption during legacy or on-premise to cloud SaaS migrations.
- Have experience coaching and developing junior consultants or technical team members.
- Demonstrate problem-solving agility and strong analytical skills.
- Have fluent written and spoken English communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex platform configurations, custom workflows, object lifecycles, and system enhancements across Clinical or Regulatory Vault platforms.
- Guide enterprise clients through migrations from legacy, on-premise systems to SaaS platforms.
- Apply structured change management to support adoption and minimize operational risk.
- Partner with client IT leadership to discuss technical trade-offs and align business needs with platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with Veeva Product Management and R&D engineering teams to provide product feedback and shape software releases.
- Provide technical mentorship, configuration reviews, and architectural guidance to junior consultants and project team members.
