Job Details

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Have 7+ years of progressive accounting or controlling experience.
Bring in-depth, hands-on knowledge of Polish GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements.
Have experience with statutory reporting and local compliance obligations, including KSeF or mandatory e-invoicing.
Have experience working with external advisors and authorities; US GAAP exposure is a plus.
Be able to manage audits, local filings, and complex reconciliations.
Have advanced Excel and ERP experience, such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
Hold CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
Be fluent in Polish and have strong English communication skills.
Be available and willing to travel to Warsaw for business trips.

Own financial reporting and compliance for the Polish operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group standards.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with FP&A and Group Finance teams.
Partner with management by explaining financial results and supporting decisions with data-driven conclusions.
Monitor revenue growth, margins, utilization, and cost structure.
Manage cash flow and working capital.
Support integration and improvement of financial systems, processes, automation, and analytics tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external accounting providers, and KMS headquarters.
