Requirements
- Experience working in an IT delivery team.
- Experience as an SAP functional analyst, ideally in Product Compliance.
- Background in HESQ management activities for production sites.
- Experience with SAP Product Compliance or other ERP systems.
- Ability to assess business needs, design solutions, and produce functional and technical analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and communication, coordination, and training skills.
- Ability to work independently, define targets, and prioritize tasks in a demanding environment.
- Experience with non-SAP HSE-related applications is a plus.
- Experience with SAP implementation projects is a plus.
- Experience with ITIL, service delivery, service outsourcing, and project management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as the functional expert and interface between business and IT for HSE solutions, including SAP and non-SAP technologies related to Product Compliance.
- Capture business needs with stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design, plan, and execute changes through business-as-usual releases or projects, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Maintain business operation continuity and prioritize solution and service improvement.
- Work with external providers on incident resolution, support, and request fulfilment as a level 3 expert.
- Lead small projects, such as upgrades, or contribute as an expert to larger projects.
- Coordinate with external IT suppliers and internal IT teams to deliver expected outcomes.
- Support business change management by conducting trainings and webinars.
- Collaborate with IT domain architects on the global solution roadmap and design authority.
- Manage the application lifecycle for the portfolio, including cybersecurity vulnerability management.
