Requirements
- Demonstrate a proven track record in programme or project management within large-scale banking and/or IT transformation initiatives.
- Bring hands-on experience with SSO, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or application onboarding projects.
- Have a strong Agile/Scrum background.
- Have practical proficiency with Jira.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and a structured delivery mindset.
- Bring strong C-level reporting capabilities.
- Be open to occasional week-long business travel assignments.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own execution and rollout of the SSO Application Onboarding stream.
- Coordinate collaboration across DevOps, Application Onboarding teams, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, proactively mitigate risks, and enforce organizational governance.
- Prepare high-level reporting decks and decision-making materials for senior leadership.
- Drive organizational change management and project communications.
