Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of overall Salesforce architecture experience.
- Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect or Solution Architect on Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Have proven experience with Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.
- Understand Salesforce platform architecture.
- Have experience designing system integrations, APIs, and data architecture.
- Be able to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Have strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, CTA, or Health Cloud Accredited Professional are preferred.
- Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare business processes, patient management, care programs, or provider management is preferred.
- English proficiency at B2 or C1 level is preferred for communication in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architecture using Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable system architecture.
- Define integration architecture and data flows between Salesforce and external systems.
- Assess and take ownership of an existing solution delivered by a third-party vendor.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural support to development teams.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure architecture aligns with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
- Support governance, solution reviews, and architectural decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
