Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 1 commercial project involving Data Cloud.
- Have solid knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including data streams, data model, identity resolution, and activation.
- Have hands-on experience with data integration using REST/SOAP API, MuleSoft, or similar.
- Have a practical understanding of data governance principles and GDPR compliance.
- Be able to design ERDs, semantic models, and profile unification strategies.
- Hold Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification or have documented equivalent experience.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have expected availability of 30–40MD.
- Telecommunications industry experience, including BSS/OSS, billing, or Telco CRM, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Communications Cloud or Industries Cloud is a plus.
- Additional Salesforce Data Cloud Architect, Integration Architect, or System Architect certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud or Agentforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design semantic data models and profile unification strategies for Telco clients.
- Create migration blueprints for transitioning legacy systems to Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Develop cross-cloud integration architecture across CDP, CRM, and BSS/OSS.
- Build enterprise data governance frameworks aligned with GDPR requirements.
- Design identity resolution and customer data privacy models.
- Define data quality policies and data lifecycle management standards.
- Configure and deploy Salesforce Data Cloud in Telco project environments.
- Optimise queries, partitioning, and data performance at operator scale.
- Plan infrastructure scalability.
- Translate technical decisions into business-friendly language for stakeholders and work closely with the team and clients.
