Requirements
- Have more than 10 years of experience as an IT Architect or Enterprise Architect.
- Have experience designing customer support solutions for email, chat, voice, and social channels.
- Know the business processes and characteristics of the CPG industry.
- Have practical experience with hyperautomation.
- Know the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.
- Apply strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Have strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and effective IT solutions to improve customer support and marketing operations KPIs.
- Work with the CIO and team to gather requirements and feedback and translate business needs and constraints into technical architecture.
- Collaborate with customer support, marketing operations, and development teams to ensure systems deliver efficiency gains.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor project teams.
- Proactively implement and promote Agentic AI and GenAI solutions in line with current trends and good practices.
- Communicate architecture plans, progress, and status to management and implementation partners.
