Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or senior technical expert in a presales or delivery environment.
- Bring a strong background in software development and application architecture, including modern development practices and design patterns.
- Have a broad understanding of application development, cloud environments, data platforms, and integration.
- Have experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems across distributed architectures and modern platforms.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills and experience working with clients and supporting sales processes.
- Be fluent in English and German at B2+ level.
- Presales, bid management, or complex IT deal and proposal experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native approaches is a plus.
- Exposure to AI, data-driven solutions, or advanced analytics use cases is a plus.
- Enterprise client experience, especially in regulated industries or complex environments, is a plus.
- Knowledge of solution pricing, estimation, and cost optimization is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business needs and translate them into high-level solution concepts focused on software development.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with client expectations, business goals, and company capabilities.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, estimations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Advise clients during presales engagements in collaboration with Sales, Client Executives, and technical teams.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine and validate feasible, scalable solution designs.
- Participate in bids, including solution costing, offer structuring, and alignment of technical and commercial aspects.
- Support the handover of designed solutions to delivery teams and their transition and implementation.
