Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of project experience in test automation.
- Have at least 2 years of experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Have previous experience with Java and Selenium.
- Have experience designing test framework architecture from scratch for multiple teams.
- Have practical knowledge of REST APIs and integrating API tests with end-to-end tests.
- Have experience working on enterprise projects, such as in finance, insurance, or telecommunications.
- Have experience mentoring people or providing technical leadership, such as through training, code reviews, onboarding, or technical leading.
- Be able to present technical solutions to business audiences and explain technology in terms of business value.
- Have experience designing test automation strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Be fluent in Polish and have English proficiency of at least B2+ for technical conversations and presentations.
- Have a genuine interest in AI for testing and experience experimenting with tools or approaches such as Copilot, Claude, AI-assisted test generation, or prompt engineering for QA.
Responsibilities
- Develop a career path and provide ongoing mentoring through code reviews, pair programming, and internal standards.
- Design and build Playwright-based test frameworks from scratch.
- Create reusable components and patterns for project teams.
- Integrate solutions with CI/CD, reporting systems, and client infrastructure.
- Assess clients’ existing automation and lead discovery and assessment work.
- Design automation migration strategies or approaches for building automation from scratch.
- Present technical approaches to technical and business decision-makers.
- Track automation trends, experiment with AI, and develop internal expertise.
