Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of technical experience in software-development projects, such as as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect.
- Have at least 2 years in a role involving solution design, technology selection, estimation, or analysis of new project initiatives.
- Bring practical experience participating directly in the design, development, or implementation of IT solutions.
- Have experience designing solutions, defining high-level architecture, or selecting technologies for IT projects.
- Have experience delivering projects in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Have experience with estimation, feasibility analysis, or project delivery planning.
- Know contemporary technologies, platforms, and approaches used to build IT solutions.
- Have a broad understanding of systems architecture and familiarity with cloud, integrations, security, DevOps, and AI.
- Be able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Have worked with clients, business stakeholders, or project teams to define new solutions.
- Have very good communication skills and be able to lead workshops, analytical discussions, or solution presentations.
- Have practical knowledge of the software-development process.
- Have English at minimum B2+ level for client communication and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical needs and help define new IT solutions.
- Create solution concepts and high-level architecture.
- Select technologies, platforms, and products suited to project and client needs.
- Work with development teams and technology experts to define project delivery assumptions.
- Prepare estimation assumptions and assess solution feasibility.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and consultations for defining new technology initiatives.
- Analyze available solutions and market trends to support technology decisions.
- Evaluate new technologies, products, and architectural approaches for project use.
- Support prototypes, proofs of concept, and concept materials for new solutions.
- Hand over solution assumptions and concepts to delivery teams and support project kickoff.
