Job Details

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Developer.
Have Java and Angular experience; these technologies are preferred.
Have practical experience working in software development teams.
Understand the full application lifecycle (SDLC).
Have experience designing and implementing AI-based solutions and tools in the SDLC.
Be able to build AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts and integrate them with repositories, CI/CD, code review, and testing.
Know Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software engineering practices.
Understand LLM, RAG, automation, and agent-based architecture concepts.
Have experience deploying AI solutions in production, including configuration, organizational system integration, hardening, monitoring, and iterative development.
Have communication and consulting skills for discussions with technical teams, managers, and directors.

Implement, configure, and integrate AI tools and solutions in IT development teams.
Design and build agent-based AI workflows, skills, and prompts.
Create standardized usage practices and technical documentation.
Provide hands-on engineering support to teams during active project cycles.
Transfer knowledge and standardize practices across teams through pair or mob programming and shared code reviews.
Enable teams to maintain and further develop AI solutions after implementation services end.
